2. Add ice cubes - in addition to gel cartridges, you can throw ice cubes into the tank to enhance the cooling effect.
3. Regularly clean the filter - wash the evaporative filter under running water once every two weeks to maintain the highest performance of the device.
4. Leave the window ajar - air conditioners work best in rooms with light air circulation (as opposed to air conditioning).
5. Remember to dry the filter - before the end of the season, turn on the device in the air supply mode for 2 hours to completely dry the inner cartridge.
